restart ur computer in safe mode.
go to system32 folder
delete following files:
1. wgalonon.dll
2. wgatray.exe
3. legitcheckcontrol.dll
Note: it there is error msg, just rename the files if u'r steel facing the prob. restart in computer in normal mode. (for second and third files only) and rename & delete them.

Now it will come, go to Microsoft website, check for Validate Windows. Then it will check and sends a message if ur copee of windows is not genuine
