Lean Cuisine--the green boxes. I've been on Weight Watchers for about 3 months, and I find that when there's nothing healthy to eat in the house, a frozen meal does well. It's quick, low-fat and tastes great. My personal favorite is the canellonni & chicken fettuchini. I've tried the Weight Watchers meals, but found that Lean Cuisine had more substance per Point value. Good luck!

Food in a box is just a bad idea altogether. Weight watcher's is conciously made for dieters, so I'd say that's probaly your best choice, but why not make your own food? It's cheaper, tastes better and you know exactly what goes in it.

They're all worthless. All the salt, fillers, etc. in the products will predispose your body to hold on to every calorie possible for the rest of the day.

The first answer is the best one.
