Take a deep breath and relax. Worry is natural, but over-worrying just causes you more stress-- and more health problems. Take a day to yourself, drink a cup of tea or coffee, watch a good movie or read a good book, or go for a nice walk, and just get your mind off things.
If you're not the kind of person who can relax like that, go for a run. It helps you just to focus on the physical exertion.

YOUR NOT NUTS. I'm going through the same fear. From the moment i wake up to the moment i go sleep this is what i feel and yeah some days i do feel mad. but do you know what the best thing that's helped me is talking about it because Ive only been on this web site a day and the advice you get off ppl who are going through the same thing is astonishing. I have depression really bad and its caused me to have a health anxiety disorder. our phobia is Thanatophobia the fear of death. but some how speaking to ppl i dint know and getting advice has been great. go see your doctor for a bit of advice and see what they can do for you and believe me you are not alone in this hun. Good luck. xx
