This song is from the 60's Alvin and the Chipmunk's cartoon series and is called "Witch Doctor" It was also played on the radio in the 60's

David Saville's song, Witch Doctor. He used Variaspeed device to make high pitched vocies, later he created the Chipmunks with that effect, but it's not a Chipmunks song.
