I had just opened it before I used it and somehow it didn't go into the fridge. It doesn't smell bad. It's Ken's version "Creamy Parmesean w/ craked black pepper"

Why would it be bad overnight if I just bought it off the shelve the other day which wasn't refridgerated. And there was only a paper seal around the top, surely that couldn't have been preventing it from going bad. Is it safe to eat or not?

Once opemed it keeps for 2 hours off refrigeration. It was once a popular belief that mayo and dressing would keep indefinetley off ice if NEVER refrigerated. Keeping cool slows the growth of bacteria. Be safe- chuck it.

Dump it. It contains dairy products and is no longer safe to eat.

Yep..Toss it out. It likely has mayonaise in it (eggs and oil) which will spoil if left at room temp.

You're probably ok if you keep it. If you do it a 2nd time, tho, pitch it.
