Netgear or similar Digital media adaptor (or receiver)
Xbox 360 (use it as a media extender - assuming you have a windows Media OS)
Apple TV
HP MediaSmart TV (has built in DMA)

All of the above allow you to stream content from your PC to your TV via your home network

You need two things:

1) S-Video output for Display... That will make u watch it on bigger screen !
2) Audio connection from PC soundcard to your home theatre.

For audio connection, check ur home theatre.. It can have :
a) 5.1 analog inputs
b) Stereo AUX-IN or Coaxial cable IN
c) Digital IN

Depending on your Home theatre audio input specs. you can buy a sound card.
If you are have a Dolby Pro-logic II home theatre, you can simply connect your PC's stereo out to home theater's AUX-IN !.

You would need to have a special video output card to send the signal to the TV.

Almost all of the computer or video stores have trained staff that could assist you in purchasing the right card for your systems.
