There aren't many 6-seaters available in Europe.
The only one's I can think of with diesel engines are the Fiat Multipla and Honda FR-V, both of which have two rows of three seats.
Some early smaller MPVs had three rows of two seats (early Kia Carens, Toyota Picnic), but I don't think there were diesel options.
It might be best to include 7-seaters in your search too.
There are plenty of these with diesel options, from the van-based Fiat Doblo and VW Caddy, through mini-MPVs such as the Vauxhall/Opel Zafira, Renault Grand Scénic and second-generation Toyota Corolla Verso, to larger MPVs such as the Renault Espace, Ford Galaxy and Chrysler Voyager.

1 instantly spring to mind, Land Rover Defender 90 - 7 seater. But if you want everyone to be happy and comfortably in the car then a Chrysler grand Voyager, you will be very happy with it.
