It's easier to believe, once you have kids. Strange, huh? I think my relationship with God grew stronger, after I had my kids and was able to relate with Him through my relationship with my kids. Sex didn't have any influence on my belief of this subject.

To believe in the "Holy Virgin birth" is as likely as any of the fables happening that have been passed down through time. Who examined her to verify that she was indeed a virgin? The story was written by people who did not even know her, and especially not at the time of her pregnancy.
She either had pre-marital sex or sat on a dirty outhouse seat (99.99% likely the pre-marital sex one, ok lets make it 100%). You have to realize she lived over 2000 years ago, so you have to take your knowledge of conception and how it happens and throw that out the window, since human culture back then put more faith that everything happened because God wanted it to, than knowing why things happened (like sperm and egg). Actually, look at how ignorant lots of people are (especially teenagers) on sex and conception. My opinion is that Mary was engaged in some sexual activity with Joseph (if indeed they both existed) and some seminal fluid entered her and bingo a child, or she was not a virgin and was sleeping around. The main thing is that if the conception was the most unique ever, than why was the pregnancy not faster or slower or unique itself?

Parthenogenesis - also undemanding as stay virgin beginning - is conceivable in each sexual species the position many have truly been stated in nature. In human beings, the female egg is also inspired with electricity, pin prick, or a chemical anomaly to start up the ranges of meiosis, and if left on my own, will produce a very grown fetus with an entire reproduction of the maternal DNA - an Asexually created human. This discovery replaced into made after President Bush Jr. banned stem cellular study in u . s . a . on newly amassed eggs. latest egg specimens were grandfathered so scientists began searching for techniques to multiply them without fertilization. some scientists imagine that human parthenogenesis would have performed a position in a large number of of the historic memories of virgin births such because the notorious tale of Mary and Jesus. even if, because parthenogenesis in straightforward words contains the DNA of the mummy, in straightforward words a lady will be produced because there must be no male Y chromosome latest. even if, women human beings can carry a Y chromosome - an fairly uncommon genetic illness the position a classic searching lady harbors XY genes. In those circumstances, the Y chromo has a defective SRY node it truly is what determines male sex in-utero. A defective SRY node reduces the Y chromosome to a pretend X chromosome so the female truly has a makeup of X-pseudoY. In different words, the female could were born as a male yet because of her inactive SRY node, she replaced into born as a lady. for this reason, a lady with this uncommon X-pseudoY illness could have an fairly uncommon celebration of parthenogenesis which may move the Y chromosome with a re-activated SRY node to her offspring to provide a real virgin beginning of a male. So lets provide Mary the ease of the doubt.

Sounds like somone needs to go back to school and get decent sex ed lessons like they get in europe which kids know all about how virgin births are easily possible.
Deffinition of a virgin is somone who has not has sexaul intercause.
However you dont need to have sex to get pregnant.
Think IVF and fertility treatment and test tube babies for one.
More common though are the following ways often ocuring in teenagers having not been taught correctly,
it does not matter how but any way semin ends up in however small a quantity in, on or even near the entrance to a females genitals can get her pregnant.
To put it clearly all of the following will work
Semin on fingers
Semin soaking through underwear
Semin dribbling down lower belly or down butt.
Semin on leg near entrance on a now wet inner thigh as a result of leg humping
Seimin squrted, splased dribbled or dropped onto or near the 'target area'
Semin in anus farted out and dribbled or wiped accross.
Sitting on a dolop of semin.
Etc etc.
Its highly inprobable a young couple in love would not be at least getting to 2nd base and pushing third which is how many of these activtiies and risks occur.
When said Mary would still be a virgin but could get pregnant.
All of these should back up this scientific FACT

It is impossible to believe in the virgin birth as there is a complete absence of evidence for it!
Technically, parthenogenesis happens in some simple organisms, but the story of a young girl being raped by the holy spirit is just another fable tagged onto the gospel to make Jesus compete with other mythic heroes like Mithras (Virgin Birth is quite a common theme in mythology)
The gospels themselves then go on to ignore the story by giving long genealogies tracing Jesus's family tree back through JOSEPH!

I think it's difficult for many to believe in the Virgin birth because the era we live in isn't one that allows such thinking. We are raised to see the scientific in many things (yes, even the religious do seek scientific answers. Before anything is declared a miracle, it must be debunked by science). We no longer see the magnificent in the world and are really turning jaded. The sunrise no longer awes us as we turn to our computers and our special effects.
For those of us who do believe in the Virgin birth, we hold on to a faith that is challenged by today's way of thinking. That doesn't make us backwards, but more willing to see the impossible in our every day lives. Can a Virgin birth happen these days? I don't think so because even if it did, we're so ready to cry foul that we wouldn't believe in it.

I don't know why you can't believe it, after all there are women these days giving birth and they are virgins. Look at the number of lesbians who have had babies through artificial insemination. If our doctors can do this now, no matter how crudely, Why should God not have been able to do it all those years ago. I am sorry that you are having so many sexual bewilderments, God did not create us to be bewildered by our bodies and i hope you find peace in that.

That's a myth, nowhere in the Bible says Mary had a "virgin" delivery, or that she stayed virgin her whole life. On Isaiah 7:14 (which was originally written in Hebrew), the word "almah" was wrongly translated as virgin, when it actually means "young woman not yet married".

Okay, so lets go back to pre christian, pre bible to consider the answer to this question.
Osiris was killed by his brother Set, and his wife and sister Isis found all the peices of Osiris and with the help of the other Gods and a little magic brought him back to life.
But they could not find his phallas, and Isis was still without child, she hovered over him and by words of magic she impregnated herself and gave birth to Horus.
She had statues of her and the baby Horus across the globe. for example, the statue at llords is not of the madonna, but was originally a statue of Isis and the baby Horus.
The christians took everything, all the stories from pre chrisitanity. read the book of the dead, and you will be amazed.

I don't understand your question. Why would believing in the virgin birth of Christ having any bearing on one's own sexual desires?
If one believes in God and that He is the Almighty and do anything, can do everything, then believing that Mary became pregnant with Jesus without sex by a man is believable. And her being a virgin her entire life is also believable. Yes, some women go years and even their entire lives without sex. I divorced almost 13 yrs ago and I haven't had sex in almost 13 yrs and I haven't even kissed a man since my divorce. So Mary, who was specially selected by God, blessed by God, given grace by God was a virgin before her pregnancy, during it and after His birth and during her entire life. Joseph knew she was blessed by God and that he was to be her caretaker, not a true husband and a sexual partner. He agreed with this role in her life when he was selected to take care of her after her father died.

Where's the PROOF???
Who cares if someone believes it...
Where's the PROOF???
No..............
ignorant believers...
your Blind Faith DOES NOT prove ANYTHING...
only Faith in something that is True and 100% proven, is True Faith, NOT religious faith...
and look @ what the christians want you to believe in too:
resurrection - another lie;
Jesus walking on the water - another lie...
etc, etc, etc.....
lie after lie after lie.....
Here's how to eliminate ALL the lies and deceptions of religion:
Create a private, personal, direct, divine Relationship with Our Creator and save your Soul from religion.
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truly Free!
Love and Believe in Our Creator;
Love and Believe in Yourself.
"religion is Spiritual fraud"; "religion is the Worse invention of humanity" - Jesus Christ, Buddha and any one else with Spiritual intelligence.
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!
atheists = all the people in religion
