Beer has a yeasty, harsh sort of flavour, whereas ice cream and cake is sweet. Make her a Baileys, pina colada or some other sort of cocktail instead. Even wine or champagne would be a better option.

I am a woman! And I love beer how ever milk and beer aren't a good combo! It could be horrible coming up. And beer is more of a meat and maybe salad thing depending on the beer. Cake is sweet and doesn't go well with a cake so typically a female would choose to pair a cake with maybe a wine or a mixed drink. See what I'm saying??
