Whatever your stomach will let you. Toast, rice, bland things, but if your stomach will hold in other things, that's fine. there is no "rule". Milk products may worsen any diarrhea you may be having. If you are unable to eat anything at all for a day or two, that's fine too. It's more important that you keep drinking fluids---water, weak tea, that sort of thing. Drink electorlyte drinks (powered or gatorade type drinks) if you are vomitting or having a lot of diarrhea.

very bland foods; most carbs are considered bland (bread/toast, rice, cereal with no milk, crackers), soup is good bc it gives you the nutrients you need to keep your body/immune system healthy...and its usually tolerable

just clear liquids, like chicken broth

although grated apple is supposed to be good for this condition
