You said it in a nutshell.

From personal experience, I've found that those who bully are cowards. They lack self-confidence and are fearful that they may become victims. In order to prevent this from happening they take on the role of the tough guy to keep others at bay.

It really doesn't matter if your question refers to size or attitude, in both instances it all points to the same thing.

No ... some people just are bigger than others.

Not all are equal. Some play a great game of cricket and others do not.

I don't know. If someone weighs 230 lbs and stands 6'5" they are certainly bigger than someone who is shorter and lighter. If you mean 'better' than you are correct.
