I think you already know the answer to that. When He comes back AS PROMISED, it will be as KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS. People are not going to have a "choice" in the matter. The time for "choosing" will be OVER. It will be time to face the consequences of your choice. ......theBerean

When Jesus returns to Earth, it won't matter if people take him seriously or ridicule him. The believers will be taken to Heaven, the unbelievers will endure 7 years of tribulation, and if, at the end of the 7 years, they are still alive, and still don't believe, they will be sent to Hell.

According to scripture - He will be taken VERY SERIOUSLY!

Of course, you already have answers saying the exact opposite. As they say, 'talk is cheap'. They can still write such - but then Jesus hasn't returned - yet.

Honestly, I think ridiculed. I doubt anyone today would believe it unless He performed Miracles. Some people could take him seriously, but not a lot.

I think he would be taken very seriously because when he returns it will be the day of judgement when we are all pretty much f*ck*d on this planet.
