I recently read in Reader's Digest (May 2007) that blueberries "may slow and even reverse age-related declines in brain function and motor performance...They are rich in anthocyanins and flavonoids that seem to offer brain benefits."

I am not sure about Blueberries but I have heard that Ginkgo may help.

Ginkgo's new popularity is probably due to recent studies showing that it can improve memory and brain function, by increasing blood flow in the brain.

In fact, numerous European studies have repeatedly shown that ginkgo improves blood circulation in the brain, the transmission of nerve signals, and the use of glucose by brain cells.

Hello

First of all you are having problems with memory beacuse of your sleeping habits, you need to sleep more, go to bed little bit early, give more rest to your brain. this will improve your memory.
