I'm 17 years old, average height and weight. My doctors have told me the average blood pressure for my age should be 120/80...but mine is around 145/85...i have a horseshoe kidney...could that be the reason why its so high? and if so what can you do to keep it down??

Renal problems can indeed cause elevated blood pressures, you may want to consult a nephrologist or a urologist as your blood pressure is higher than it should be for someone your age.
