My birthday is in 13 days, however my parents want the party to be on the weekend before that, so thats either sat 28th or sun 29th.
I am going to be 15.
Ages ago my friends nd i came up with the idea of having a posh dress up party in my house.
Mum liked the idea and how im kinda stuck with it.
She also said i could invite as many people as i wanted!
Im not thinking of having like a massive house party, but i have like 20 people i want to invite.
Then I thought, maybe a BBQ outside would be better, and we wouldnt trash the house. But what if the weather sucks?!
I'd like some ideas of how to make my party more interesting please!
Also, ther is this guy, and we used to be very good friends... and i would like to invite him... Would this be a good idea?
were not so close now...
All ideas welcome!
help me!!!!! arghhh

bbq sounds cool, just have some music, food, friends, and definetly invite this guy! sounds like fun, u could also do like you were saying a masquerade dress up type party which would be fun, my b-day is next month as well, i'm doing something similar, i'm turning 16 and instead of having a huge sweet 16 i'm having about 35 ppl over my house.. i say music, movies, food, and fun, do some decorating of course! good luck! happy birthday!!

I'd suggest doing more of a BBQ. A dress up party could be fun too, but it's harder to think up activities that would go well with it. With a BBQ, you could do nearly anything. And BBQ's don't have to be outside. If you want that kind of food and it's raining, you can always set up a grill in the garage or you can just cook the food on a stove.

As for the guy, that's up to you. There is one thing I think you should take into consideration though. If you two aren't that close now and he isn't close with many of your friends, he may feel awkward at the party. While you want to hang out with him, you don't want to make him feel uncomfortable. But maybe he's the kind of guy that can come into any situation and have a great time. Just think about it.

Outside parties are dangerous just because they could be wrecked at the last moment by weather.

Invite your friend - invite whoever you want to be there to make your bday party special and more fun! but if you keep it to your real friends and not everyone you can fit in the house youll be able to actually spend time with them.

You can have BBQ food without planning on being outside the whole time. If its beautiful out that day you can open up the door and people can head out to the yard if they want.

Pick a fun theme and go with it - makes your party easy to remember. Maybe game night (board gmes, twister, charades, turth or dare, cards, etc.) you just put everything out and people will do what they want with it. Competition always gets the energy up and games like Twister, Pictionary, Taboo, Catch Phrase, etc keep people laughing.

have fun!
