According to my study HIV isn't transmitted sexually (unprotected). In fact there is no HIV in a HIV Pos. person. So that means there is no HIV virus in (Blood, Body Fluids, and Semens). CDC wants to scare poeple in the world that HIV does exists and it really doesn't.

HIV is a virus and can be passed through bodily fluids. Some fluids are riskier than others. Blood is the bigger concern.
Blood borne viruses also need access to the system. For example, if you have had dental work, flossed, or have other sores in your mouth, this can be a transmission route for a variety of illnesses.
"First time" doesn't really matter, what is important is that the virus needs to be able to enter your system. Intercourse creates small abrasions from friction and bacteria and viruses may be able to be transmitted.

Yes, HIV is transmitted through sexual intercourse and oral sex, so if unsure always use a condom!
PLEASE remember that what you find on Yahoo! Answers is just the opinions of users. The veridicity of users' claims is not checked on, so for such an important issue, do talk to a doctor rather than relying on the internet.

It can be, don't be fooled. There is ALWAYS a risk when you have unprotected sex. Any time body fluids are exchanged you are at risk of contracting any type of STD, if the other person is infected.
