As others have said, there are many possibilities. Start with a thorough check by your GP.

Ignore the comment about "statins". The most common side effect to these drugs is muscle aches, "myopathy". The prescribing info (federally mandated) for the ones I checked don't even mention fatigue, etc. Beware of people on here spouting incorrect information.

Maybe you have problems with your lungs or heart..I used to experience the same way but it's good that when I went to the doctor and had an ultrasound (2 d echoe) My cardiologist told me that my heart is normal although in My ECG My other doctor confirmed that I was lacking of an oxygen..consult a cardiologist for you to find out what is really happening to your health to prevent the cause of whatever signs you're having right now.

You need 6-8 glasses of water daily and take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day or if dieting, before a meal. Heinz vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. Your body is trying to tell you that you need water so that you will not become dehydrated which will lead to serious health problems. Think about it. Why do people become seriously ill when they become elderly? They do not have enough water in their body and they are like the sahara desert. Water helps bring oxygen to all the cells in the body.

Could be a heart problem. You may need to have a stress test or other tests. I'd seek the advice of my physician, just to be on the safe side.
