So do vegetarians eat vegans or not?

This vegetarian girl was looking at me funny, and I'm getting a little bit worried.

When I think of animal crackers, I think of the Barnum box with the circus cage on it. Now promotion of the circus is of course evil, but that's another issue.

These don't contain lard, but they do contain whey.

Another popular brand, Stouffers, contains nonfat milk, but no lard.

Kellogs brand Keebler Brand Austin (yay for corporate mergers) cookies also contain whey but not lard.

So the top 3 brands are indeed vegetarian, but not vegan.

Actually millions of people have asked that question before.
Don't worry too much about why she was looking at you weird.
The reason is that some Vegans really take that subject seriously because Vegans absolutely will NOT eat animal crackers. Not only because they are shaped as animals but because they have lard in them! How ever Vegetarians aren't as stricked in that but they probably won't eat it either!

For shame, for shame, for shame!

I've decided that I'm tired of not being at the top of the food chain so I'm switching from being vegetarian to being a humanitarian! After all, the meat eaters keep lying and telling us they're at the top of the food chain (just like the fish eater that keeps lying about having a vegan lifestyle).

The top of the food chain is human eaters!

If you're against cannibalism why are you eating gingerbread men?

Awww....poor little things....I could never live w/myself if I was to be responible for the demise of such a peaceful bunch of creatures....I usually set them free by tossing them around in my backyard...you know it is horrible how they are cramped in those tiny boxes!! :)

No, we buy up all the animal crackers and take them to a sanctuary.
