I had the LEEP done on November 2, 2006. Then on March 16 I went to have a pap smear. Today I just found out that I have abnormal cells.

I had a Leep procedure done a few years ago. Since then I have had one abnormal pap smear, but it turned out to be nothing.
I'm sure it's totally possible to have abnormal cells again. Hopefully you can get another Leep done and they won't come back for a third time.

I've never had a LEEP done...but may I suggest going to a naturopathic doctor that can do an escharotic (cant spell it) treatment...these work for me and there is no pain at all...its just like the acid treatment but far less discomfort.
and I have had normal paps months later from my regular ob/gyn
