Willi Smith the clothes designer right? I dont think the people read the question right. Anyway no ones exactly sure how he got aids. Possibly because he was gay. They think he didnt know he had the illness because he pushed himself in his career so much.
I do know he died from shigella and pneumonia while on a trip to India. Because he did have AIDS and it made him more susceptible to the illnesses and made it harder for him 2 fight it off.
