hello,

i eat a lot of hot and i mean hot as an spicey food. is that good for you? my husband told me taht spicey food helps your metabolisum is taht ture?

well, its not helping you learn to spell, but, no, it wont hurt you any. It is good for the metabolisom. It also helps keep your sinuses clear. My 12 year old daughter likes raw hot peppers with every meal. She never gets colds, although her friends often do.

I also heard that spicy foods boost yoru metabolism, but when I searched fro studies I couldn't find any thing conclusive.

Being a spicy food fan as well, just enjoy.

that's good to know. yesterday i ate some very spicy indian food and it did seem to help my metabolism that night. it was still kinda spicy on the way out.

I eat spicy food alot espeacially mexican.Studies have show that people that eat spicy food have less heart probs.I would'nt if you have ulcers!
