Get the one with the arm cuff, manual is cheapest but will need someone else to check for you otherwise get an automatic one if you want to do it on your own. Just buy the one on sale they all are same. Walmart should be a good option, cheapest mostly.. Don't forget to take your new BP machine to compare it with his office machine reading when you go see him/her next time.

There are many blood pressure monitor brands available in the market. One of the best selling is Omron and its the one that people often buy. you can buy it online just search for it on google.

There is no best blood pressure monitor as they all work well. If you are not sure if yours is working well ask to see a nurse just to have your BP checked and have her check it with the clinic equipment and then with your equipment to be sure they are both close in range.
