Just curious as I try to eat vegan as much as I reasonably can.

White chocolate has milk powder in it and is not always vegan but some brands make vegan ones. You can find vegan white chocolate but first read the ingredients. Try wholefoods and the on line vegan stores.
Try Vegan Organika white chocolate.

I don't think so but if you are tempted because you like chocolate - check the ingredients that went into the chocolate. Obviously if you found milk or dairy products, that would mean it is not vegan.

Most of it contains milk. I have not found any white chocolate in any store locally that was vegan.

You can order vegan white chocolate from Pangea ( http://www.veganstore.com ) though.

Yes it is vegan. White chocolate is actually just cocoa butter (no cocoa mass aka cocoa powder) and sugar and flavorings such as vanilla

Yes, chocolate comes from cocoa beans...a plant...just stay away from "milk" chocolate - actually stay away from chocolate with dairy...here is a website...
