Blood Pressure: Good but some improvement could be made on the 143 to say around 130. 72 is excellent!
Pulse rate: beautiful!!!
Well done!

Those numbers are nothing to worry about. Was this a one off reading at the surgery or an average over time?
For two years now I've been measuring my blood pressure each week at home and I can watch the effects of any lifestyle or mediction changes I make.
There is some good information on this site http://www.blood-pressure-monitoring.org/blood-pressure-monitors.htm and also on the site is a straightforward information sheet that explains "How to measure Blood Pressure"

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Frankly speaking I will disagree with all those who have stated that your BP is Normal/Fine.
No it isn't as your systolic BP has crossed the maximum upper limit of 130 mm Hg as per your age. Your pulse should be 80/minutes, the is definitely something wrong some where as 60/minute is too low, check out with a cardiologist or physician at the earliest is recommendation at my end.

One off readings are never sufficient to be sure what is going on. Ideal BP is 120/80 so the systolic, upper reading is up a bit. All I would do with this result is get the nurse to repeat it a couple of times. You pulse rate is fine.

Pulse is good. Bp slightly up but were you stressed or had you just done exercise?
Keep an eye on it. Do it twice a week and if it goes over 150/ then go and see your Gp.

bad. recent guidelines suggest medication if your systolic (upper end) is more than 140.
visit a doctor, get regular readings, maybe daily readings for a week.
cut down on your salt intake and exercise. if all these doesnt work, you need to be started on medication.
