I want to avoid deep frying in oils. Is there a way to cook Vegetable Manchurian or Gobi Manchurian (Indian version of chinese cusine) without deep-frying.

Possibly, some way of making the batter stick to the cooked cauliflower florettes and having it breaded?

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Get an oil sprayer (I find the EMSA brand to be the best one.)

Then you spray the cauliflower lightly and roll it in the batter. Bake in the oven.

You may want to spray it a bit more as it bakes.

It will be similar to deep frying, but with a lot less oil.

a million: take each and each of the dry substances for making the batter in a bowl.2: upload water and make a comfortable batter. no longer too thick nor too skinny.3: rinse, wipe and halve the mushrooms. 4: dip the mushroom contained in the batter. 5: and deep or shallow fry the mushrooms in fairly warm oil.6: once the mushrooms are golden browned, eliminate and keep them aside.7: warmth oil in yet another pan or eliminate the more effective oil from the pan in which we fried the mushrooms. upload spring onions and stir fry them for a minute.8: upload the chopped eco-friendly chilies, celery, garlic, ginger and a large number of the spring onion vegetables. stir fry for a minut9: upload bell pepper/capsicum. i in elementary words had yellow bell pepper rather of eco-friendly bell pepper. making the perfect use of what i had on the present time :-)10: stir fry until eventually the capsicum receives cooked a touch yet nevertheless keeps its crunchiness.11: finally upload salt, sugar, soy sauce and black pepper.12: s tir fry and combine properly. fry the mushroom 13: upload the fried mushrooms. 14: stir fry and combine properly so as that the sauce coats the mushrooms. 15: eliminate and serve mushroom manchurian warm garnished with some spring onion vegetables and/or celery…. savour :-)
