From your brief description, it sounds to me like
your in the midst of puberty. This can be tough--
not to mention confusing.
If you're feeling "feminine" it could mean that you
are feeling the effects of your hormone's process
of development; that's not necessarily anything to
be alarmed at. It's a natural process.
Take it from someone who went through puberty
way back in the days of the early days of the Viet
Nam war, and went through another couple wars
with his metabolism later on.
(You said you're 15? I'm now 35 years your senior.)
Having feminine thoughts and/or feelings doesn't
mean you're going to become what you feel: you
might experience strange feelings and even have
odd tendencies... but, again... it is only a natural
process of puberty.
It'll all balance out soon enough. But, if you really
want to be sure that you pass through it smoothly
enough, then I would suggest that you refrain from
one thing that you might've already made a hobby.
(Namely, masturbation. Too much of it has been
known to change the body's chemistry.)

Best of health & good luck.

There are actually cases where, little boys, when they grew into young men, were discovered to have also female reporductive organs too.

Hopefully you can find a good doctor to help you figure it out. Just don't do anything on impulse. good luck
