yes i would think there is a better chance of catching aids while she is on her period, because there are more fluids.
even if you wear a condom you can still get aids, condoms are not 100%, if i were you id stay away from whomever has aids. unless you want to die soon too

You can still get aids with a condom on. highly unlikely but still very possible. on her periods. increases the chances.

if you have an open sore where the blood gets into your body somehow, yes it is possible. The same ways of transmission apply, period or not.

You can contract HIV at ANY time. Even using condoms is not a guarrantee. They are not foolproof.
You need to decide if it's worth the risk.
