mini croissants with ham and cheese, or chicken salad. or even do wraps with meat and cheese, Cheese balls always go good. Chicken wings, mini pizza bagels, stuffed mushrooms.
I went to a party once where a lady had all these awesome little perfect looking finger cakes. Didnt know till after the party she had taken Little Debbie cakes and cut them all up on trays. We had no idea. They were so delicious. We didnt even believe her she had to show us the boxes...lol

Slice along the length of the
finger into 8th inch thick slices.
Preserve the bones for stock or
discard.
Sautee slices with just a hint of garlic
butter. Don't let them bubble like bacon
but just get to the point where the grease
has permiated the flesh.
Grated cheese is lovely on top.
As with any mammal, red wine is
preferred, though of course the
cheese makes it optional.
Yum!

Fresh fruit, vegetables, different types of cheeses, good types of breads, deli meats, crackers, spreads and dips; are a few things I can think of that are always popular with people. (Especially those watching their diets) Other finger foods include; meatballs and crab cheese angles. Remember to include desserts; little squares of brownies with frosting, lemon bars and even fruit pizza.

you can make wraps.. then slice them into thin bitesize parts... another fave at my parties is very simple... depending on the size of your party:
1-2 bricks of cream cheese
1-2 bags of mini precooked and peeled shrimp
cocktail sauce.. enough to completely cover the shrimp
and a couple of boxes of triscut crackers
Hits the spot everytime!!!
Another fun one is a bag of tiger shrimp
a package of bacon, and bbq sauce
turn your grill on low, and wrap the shrimp with bacon, and lightly cover it with bbq sauce, grill until bacon is done..
Happy party!!!
