Well, there's veganism, which you seem to be familiar with. There are also ovo-vegetarians, lacto-vegetarians and ovo/lacto-vegetarians, meaning someone who eat eggs and egg products, dairy and dairy products or both.
There are those who say they're povo-vegetarians and pesco-vegetarians, (those who will eat poultry or fish/seafood) but I don't believe these are vegetarians at all. At best they are occasional or intermittent vegetarians.
Then within the general classification of vegetarian/vegan, you have raw food vegetarians (no cooking or heating above about 110 degrees F.) and fruitarians (only the fruit of a plant, in botanical terms...something that is designed to spread seeds, such as peppers and tomatoes and things we understand as culinary fruits and vegetables in general, but no stalks or leaves or roots.

Freegans thus focus on acquiring foods and other commodities by means other than purchasing, including foraging for wild plants and gardening with intent to cause as little violence and ecological destruction as possible through their consumption. While many freegans are vegans or vegetarians, others will eat animal products that would otherwise go to waste on the belief that doing this does not encourage further animal exploitation.
Terminology related to vegetarianism is not universally accepted. All definitions agree that vegetarians do not eat "meat", but some interpret "meat" to include only mammals or to exclude fish and/or shellfish. These distinctions have led to the following diets and terminology:
Pescetarianism (sometimes called "Pesco-vegetarianism") — A diet in which the only animals consumed are fish or other seafood.
Pollotarianism — A diet in which the only animals consumed are fowl.
Flexitarianism — A diet that consists primarily of vegetarian food, but that allows occasional exceptions.

Well Vegans are strict vegetarians. It is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude as far as is possible and practical all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose." A vegan does not consume or use animal products, notably meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy products. People become vegans for a variety of reasons, including ethical concerns for animal rights or the environment, as well as perceived health benefits and spiritual or religious concerns. Vegetarians can eat dairy and even eggs. If you are really concerned about all forms of animal abuse veganism is right for you. If you love dairy you should be a vegetarian.

Like everything we all human endeavor on there are infinite types. I don't know if there are official divisions of vegetarians perse and what id=s their relationship to one another and how well they get along. There are people that avoid most meats. There are others that avoid all meats. For example, there are people who will not drink milk while there are others that will eat fish. Then there are the annoying ones. The ones that choose a lifestyle yet condemned everyone else who does different.
I think you should not worry about which type you are. You should do things base on your believes and on what is best for your health and for your family. Being a vegetarian is not an easy task in todays world. You must watch your diet expecially pregnant woman. I say do what makes you happy and forget about all these labels and special groups who's purpose in life is to feel better about themselves by putting other people down.

If you are vegan, there is only one meaning and type..you avoid all animal products (milk products, honey, beeswax etc etc)
