On the Internet, look in the yellow pages under vegetarian restaurants. That should help. Do you have a Whole foods grocery story nearby? they may have some answers, too.

I heard vegetarian restaurants are as out of place in Texas as a cat in a dog show. Most restaurants have a vegetarian selection, but I don't know unless you can find a health food store. Good luck
