Eat them. Or, use them to decorate things like cake, ice cream, put them in Jello, um.. How exactly do you have left over Jelly Beans? thats like left over water.

i have seen leftover jellybeans placed on the icing on a b'day cake to make the cake look much more festive.

My father passed away ten years ago and that was his favorite candy. I still have the jar full he had at his bedside. They last forever I guess. Every now and then I eat one and think of him. I miss him.

Decorate a cake, cupcakes, stir them into a cake mix..Or if you truly don't want them, just toss them into the trash can.
