Shrimp, chopped fruit, and jell-o. Those are easy.
But to make it easy and fabulous, have it catered.

I think the easiest thing to serve for graduation parties is Italian food.

Mostaccioli is always pretty easy and goes over well. Pair that with garlic bread, a salad and a graduation cake and you've got a meal!

Some people like to order some kind of meat also. If you are catering and this is the theme, I'd suggest chicken parmasian. Italian beef sandwiches are also popular with mostaccioli.

Easier than standing over a grill: Pulled pork sandwiches, I cook fresh pork shoulder in a very large stock pot with beef broth, onions, cloves of garlic, until it falls off the bone (you can also slow roast in the oven). shred it into a disposable aluminum serve with coleslaw and barbeque sauce on soft rolls. Serve with potato and macaroni salads and a large veggie tray with dips and chips) A sheet cake for dessert. Or make a watermelon boat and fill with mixed fruit (great in the summer). Good luck and have fun.
