How soon after being infected with an STD can you start developing signs???? And if you were to develop pelvic inflammatory from an STD how long does it take to develop after being infected with the STD?? Do you think three years is too long? I heard PID can develop within a few weeks after being infected with an STD and left untreated?

PID is silent in women.... 3 years is not too long. Left untreated it can cause the fallopian tubes to scar and make you sterile. same with the uterus and ovaries.

So if you have a STD go to the doctor and get treated.
