I'm not sure what you are asking; the question is confusing. However, women can become diabetic during pregnancy; it's known as gestational diabetes. Having a boy or girl does not change the odds of a pregnant woman becoming diabetic. Also, if you are asking if a woman has relations with a diabetic man - can she become pregnant, the answer is yes. Men with diabetes may have ED (erectile dysfunction), but that does not negate the fact that he CAN get a woman pregnant.

You need to reword that because it's hard to tell exactly what you're asking. However, my diabetic neighbour has had 2 children so diabetic women can get pregnant.

Of course. However, a diabetic woman will need to be closely followed by her doctor for there will most likely be a change in insulin needs throughout the pregnancy which must be monitored continously and tightly.

Yeah, my boyfriend's mom just had a baby and she is diabetic, 40 yrs old. The baby is super healthy! just make sure you talk to the doctor because I think you need to be on a special diet.
