The past 2-3 weeks I had this sudden onset of confusion, dizziness, chest pains, shortness of breath. I went to the ER on Feb 6th and they diagonsed me with dyspnea. The EKG, chest x-ray, CBC tests, urine tests came back normal. I feel like they are missing something...I just started spitting up blood a few days ago and it seems to be worse when I wake up. It is not from my gums or anything inside my mouth. Could this be GERD-related? Should I go back to the ER?
