im having a hard time breathing through my nose. but when I blow my nose theres no mucus coming out so its not stuffed i guess. i dont sneeze or anything so i dont have a cold. and when i drink water it relieves my breathing but comes back after awhile. what is this? sinus infection or something?

go to an EENT man ( a doctor who specializes in diseases of the ears, nose, throat ) its difficult o give you a diagnosis without examining you, but it sounds like you might have a nasal polyp or a deviated nasal septum... the EENT man should be in a better position to give you a diagnosis and offer you the appropriate treatment...

Actually many of us unconsciously breathe through our mouths because it gives us more inhaled air than simple nose breathing. We do nose breathing when we are relaxed and not doing physically heavy work or activity.

You could be having a deviated nasal septum ie the nose cartilage could be deviated to one or both sides...get a ENT checkup

Sounds like you have allergies. Your sinuses are swollen. Try using a nasal spray that helps unblock sinus passages. That'll help. :)
