I would have to say my grandmas home made gorditas filled with carne de puerco en chile rojo! Its soo good just thinking about it makes me wanna eat sum tonight!
*And No its not a pita bread like taco hell gives you this is traditinal mexican food where its made out of Maseca! So good!

I'm quarter Mexican so I love all Mexican food:) Its in my blood. But if I had to choose just on dish It would definitely Chicken enchiladas refried beans and mexican rice. I love it! :) Christiegirl:)

Mmmmmmm! Mexican! I totally LOVE chicken/cheese enchiladas, but I also like flautas...not taquitos....there's a difference! With sour cream...yummy!

Cheese enchiladas or deluxe nachos.
Whatever mexican or Tex-Mex dish it is it has to have lots of cilantro in it.
I love it. Even in my guacamole, which I have to have with EVERYTHING! I could eat a serving bowl of it, I love it so much.
