No, herpes is not deadly. There is no cure, but it is not deadly.

The only time it is fatal is if a newborn is born with it. Chances are less than 1% a baby will be born with herpes. But, if it is born with herpes there is about a 25% chance it will be fatal.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

I got identified with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about seven yrs ago, while I was still in college and had a foolish one-night stand. I understand a lot of girls will say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date men again. After all, who wants to go out with a girl who has sores round her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/qVKtH everything improved.

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the hsv from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to start dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a packed cafe, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This program provided the opportunity to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the World.

In a person with a lowered immune system, such as with HIV and AIDS, it can be deadly. In normal cases, herpes is not deadly. However, herpes is not curable, once you contract either strand, oral herpes(simplex 1) or genital herpes(simplex 2), you have it for life. Treatments can be done to suppress the virus and avoid outbreaks, but nothing that will cure it.

No, Although there is no cure for herpes, treatments can relieve the symptoms...

Herpes simplex viruses are categorized into two types: type 1 (HSV-1 or oral herpes) and type 2 (HSV-2 or genital herpes). Most commonly, HSV-1 causes sores (sometimes called "fever blisters" or "cold sores") around the mouth and lips. HSV-1 can cause genital herpes, but most cases of genital herpes are caused by HSV-2. In HSV-2, the infected person may have sores around the genitals or rectum. Although HSV-2 sores may occur in other locations, these sores usually are found below the waist.

There is no cure to completely remove herpes. Deadly depends on your definition.

I have herpes myself, and I don't find myself 6 feet under, do I? I don't even get sick from it. A freak in my town has it (calling her a freak because of what she does about it) and has been telling everybody sob stories about how she doesn't have very long to live because she has herpes. She has a long track record of begging for attention any way she wants it. So, nope. You cannot die, get sick, or get hurt from herpes at all.
