Has anyone ever felt it before? If it last a long time is it something to worry about?

It is called a pulsation and feels like a throbbing sensation. Unless it is painful or is accompanied by hypertension (high blood pressure), I don't think it is something to worry about. Yes, I felt it many times in different parts of the body.

These are called pulses. There are various points in the body including in your wrists and ankles that you can feel this happen. It is nothing to worry ab out but simply means the blood flow to that part of your body is working and your heart is still beating

as heart vibrates our finger feels that vibration and send the heart beat vibration to our brain and we come to now that the heart is beating

check behind the ear low in soft area, another good place to feel your heart, feels like uncontrollable butterfly's.
