LSD is unbelievably untoxic. An average dose of LSD is 100-500 micrograms. There has only ever been one report of an LSD overdose and it was at 320,000 micrograms. If you are worried about using LSD and overdosing, don't worry about it, it won't happen. LSD on a single piece of blotter contains between 75-200 micrograms on it. Your more likely to overdose and die from drinking too much water then LSD. It's common sense to know that unless you take around 4266 blotters you won't die. Please don't let these people who don't know anything about LSD and believe LSD is a "devils drug," and a total life ruiner tell you otherwise.

could you clarify lsd? is it Lysergic acid diethylamide? LSD? or ISD? The ISD answer is already correct, LSD is a hallucinogen one of the drugs that are abused because it gives a sensation of high or euphoria. Overdose is not fatal, but the effects may be harmful, there is alteration in space and time perception, like for example, it may seem to the person that crossing the street may seem endless or may take shorter or longer than the usual, or perhaps the person may see things, bright colors, lights that may alter his perception of the environment, he may be of course prone to injury or any accidents.

Potentially. I found this report:

"Eight patients were seen within 15 min of intranasal self-administration of large amounts of pure D-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) tartrate powder. Emesis and collapse occurred along with sign of sympathetic overactivity, hyperthermia, coma, and respiratory arrest. Mild generalized bleeding occurred in several patients and evidence of platelet dysfunction was present in all. Serum and gastric concentrations of LSD tartrate ranged from 2.1 to 26 ng/ml and 1000 to 7000 mug/100 ml, respectively. With supportive care, all patients recovered. Massive LSD overdose in humans is life-threatening and produces striking and distinctive manifestations."

I think you'd be more likely to die doing something stupid while tripping.

Isosorbide Dinitrate (ISD) could very well be fatal. It reduces both preload and afterload on your heart. Your blood vessels would fully dilate. You'd get a super bad headache and your blood pressure would drop very low. It would be advisable to call 911 and get to the ED so they can get your blood pressure back up.
