hair fall is more for me, i want to know what are the nutritions that i have to take to prevent hair fall and in which way they are available, please its urgent and important

ok i'm not sure what you're going on about-- if you mean hair loss then you should see a specialist quickly and try to eat dairy and sunflower seeds for more strength

Principal causes of problem are harmful chemicals and ingredients in shampoos and equally harmful medicated shampoos and then we use more harmful chemicals in treatments and medications to try to correct problems! We are seeing a hair loss epidemic in both males and females and its occuring at ever younger ages - as young as 14 and 15. We compound the problem by over washing hair - some do so everyday - and that is promoted by shampoo manufacturers. Search online "daily hair washing harmful?" See dozens of sites listing harm.
TREATMENT(Nutritions at end) - A NATURAL, safe, permanent, low cost cure for this and most hair problems. Best to use tea tree oil shampoo - or a mild selenium based one with few drops of tea tree oil added (both are natural anti-septics) To return scalp to health and clear blocked hair ducts, remove dead follicles it needs stimulation to start producing strong, well anchored thicker hair that doesn't shed. Best way is to massage with natural oils. Vitamin E, coconut or olive oils are good. Do at night and sleep with it that way. Even better is to combine with regular brushing( every other day) this will further stimulate scalp (20 or 30 strokes) This is really beneficial and will force new growth. A little shedding and some breakage occurs but only to begin with - it quickly stops as hair gets anchored and stronger.(DON´T BE AFRAID OF LOSING NEW GROWING HAIRS - THEY RE-APPEAR EVEN STRONGER) Keep it up and they will grow longer and more will appear overtime. My hair completely recovered -absolutely no more loss and lots of new growth. I now have a full head of hair.and it is thick and strong, I maintain a regular brushing (fewer strokes) and oiling routine and wash infrequently (read up on alternatives to washing online). Get as much sun as possible(vital natural vitamin source). What you eat matters. Eat healthily, with large proportion of raw foods and natural oils (Olive and similar),drink fresh fruit juices, eat nuts, avoid denatured, heavily processed and chemically treated foods and all sodas. I do not recommend supplements. They are expensive and are not very benifical. I can be emailed (see my profile) if you want more info. Also see this site "Shampoos damage hair, check ingredients for sodium laurel sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, and propylene glycol, all of which are harmful to health. Sodium Laurel sulphate is a dangerous substance which foams readily, making the shampoo or gel thicker and therefore seem richer. Sodium laureth sulphate is a less harmful form, but both damage hair follicles and cause hair loss.They also harm the eyes, stinging is nature's way of warning you. Tests show fetuses subjected to these substances do not develop functioning eyes, and they are implicated in the formation of cataracts in adults. Propylene glycol - antifreeze - is a known skin irritant and is thought to cause mouth ulcers and even oral cancer when used in mouthwash. It also damages the kidneys and liver. Most of the chemicals we put on our skin are readily absorbed into the body, especially nitrates.
