I used to smoke cigarettes 5 years ago and I have battle this habit for 3 months before I can successfully quit smoking. Now I do not have to battle anymore because I won already

Yes i am in a constant battle with alcohol(beer) and cigarettes I drink at least 10 cans of beer in the evening( 1 can = 375ml) and for every beer i drink i have at least 2 cigs. I have tried patches 4 the cigs but they never worked because i drink. If they invent patches 4 beer then i think i would be ok because i only smoke when i drink.

Thankfully no.
I know quite a few people who are and its really hard. i wouldnt want to be in their shoes so i stay away from drugs and do my best to help them.

yes pot for half my life, got in trouble, can't do it at all, functioning level is way off c ompared to when I smoked. don't believe people when they say its not addicting or bad for u. i am now on antidepressants whic h don't do much either.
