okay, a uti should not cause pain in your back....those are your kidneys, if you are experiencing symptoms of a uti and having the pain, you need to see a doctor soon....this infection spreads rapidly causing vomiting, loose bowels, fever...etc...it is very painful and can put you in the hospital.....drink lots of fluids....i would recommend not taking pain reliever, until you are sure you don't/do have a fever....i was in the exact same spot as you four years ago, and was rushed to the emergency room in an ambulance the next morning.....my fever did not even start until the morning.....drink lots of water to flush out your kidney's....if you are interested in herbs, pleasepost another question....i have lots of herbal info if you are interested.....p.s. i ended up in the hospital for 3 days....it is agonizing pain....i am sorry for you.

It could also be a useful UTI or related kidney stone with it. So I might recommendation to peer your household health care professional and get your self investigated. If the drawback is detected and handled early it's going to be larger on your long run. As in later phases the cure is extra tricky and this may occasionally result in useless economic burden.

I'm not a doctor but it sounds to me like your UTI may have reached your kidneys. I suggest going to the E.R. right away. It's better to be safe than sorry. UTI's can become really serious if they reach the kidneys. I don't mean to scare you but I don't think you should let it wait until morning. Good luck! I hope things are alright.

I don't think you'll you'll be OK by the time you read this. A Urinary Tract Infection will only get worst without antibiotic treatment.
I prescribe medicine to you since I'm no an doctor...but if my back hurt and had pain killers...I would take them.

you need to go to the hospital because your kidneys can shut down on you.
