I disagreed Muslims called their religion is "The religion of Peace"!
Because if Islam is "The religion of Peace" will Adolf Hitler or Osama Bin Laden or anyone like them has earned "Nobel Prize of Peace"?
Who think Islam is "The religion of Peace",that is mean THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN HUMAN HISTORY!

The usual meaning of Islam in Arabic is not "peace" but "submission." And if the terrorists were so far outside the mainstream, why did Muslims all over the world burst into joyful, spontaneous celebrations when the hijacked jetliners slammed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon? Why are Islamic governments afraid to show "too much" public support for the war against terrorism? Further, why are all the governments that covertly support terrorism centered in the Muslim world?

The truth is that Islam is not a religion of peace. This is not to say that every Muslim is violent at heart. Many are not. Muslims have the same aspirations for living peaceful lives that people have the world over. But they also have the same potential for violence as others, and Islam as a religion and an ideology seeks to exploit that potential.

Before you think about Islam and Peace, it might be good idea to reflect on the "sword verses" contained in the scripture that predates Islam, i.e the Bible where statements appear to have been "planted" on the lips of Jesus (Peace be Upon Him) such as:

"Think ye that I have come to bring peace on Earth, Nay I have come to set Fire to it..."

"I have come to put the daughter against the mother, mother against the daughter, the son against the Father and Father against the son..." paraphrased from the Bible.

Ask yourself also, if Islam was a religion of "Aggression" then why did the last Pope apologize for the crimes committed by the Crusaders where Jews were burned in their synagogues and Muslims were fed to the Lions --- If the Religion that the Crusaders were propagating was a religion of peace then why did they have to commit such horrific acts against Jews and Muslims?

ALSO, ponder on the fact that the Term "HOLY WAR" was invented by the Crusaders themselves( and Not by the Muslims) to refer to their Religious Campaigns - How can there be anything Holy? about war that involves mayhem and killings---Furthermore, the Arabic equivalent of the term "Hurb-al-Qudsi" appears no where in the Quran.

Ask yourself also, why the Christians are beginning to move away from the Bible and trying to seek out what Jesus (Peace be upon Him) taught?

Islam clearly is not a peaceful religion, the word Islam means to subdue, does that sound that a peaceful word, not to me " so I agree with you, Islam is not peaceful , but quite the contrary, they are quite violet in their teachings, of their own children they teach them to hate Christians and Jews, and anyone that isn't Islamic, I know some are more moderate, in their believes and don't hate the rest of the world, but even some moderates have some strange believes, like after 911 it was hard to find some one, from the Islamic community to speak out against such a terrible attack,.. makes you wonder where some folks loyalties lie,.. when they have spent so much time telling us, how peaceful most Muslims are, and their not even Muslims themselves, yet they have nothing good to say about Christians, sounds fishy to me, but I don't want it to go from fishy to scary..so I'm keeping my eyes open

i would say that it is not a religion and that its a cult but im afraid these muslims will report my mail again! Leave it baby they dont wanna know the truth! Just stop! Finding the truth for them is like looking for a needle in a haystack! And do not judge everyone plz! Muhammed was not a peaceful man but these muslims are so brainwashed to believe that he was and alot of them good pple! I have alot muslim friends that are good pple! We must love all humanity! The best thing is to let them live in denial because you can not argue with them! You wont win they are stuborn and brainwashed at a very young age!
Mostly the ones i know do not know about Muhammed marrying a 6 yr old and most dont know that he murdered 600 jews in one day! Some dont know this so best to leave it that way! Or they maybe become
furius and will not believe you anyways! Just leave it! Dont open this subject! Let them believe what they want, jesus will be back some day to straighten all this out! By the way they wont believe it even if they saw jesus infront of them so never mind!

Arafat won the peace prize, what a joke. No it is definitely not a religion of peace. How can a religion that prophesies that the quran is the word of God be peaceful. It says that all non believers are infidels. That if you kill the infidel you please their God. That if you die while killing the infidel you go directly to paradise and get your virgins. This is like a car ad, there are too many examples to list.

I am Algerian and I live there, I never felt that Islam is a danger to my country, the danger comes rather from some idiots who manipulates religion as they see fit, Algeria Muslim country to 99% was one of the first to fight We find this kind of crazy in every religion, simple example, KUS KUS Klan, its people really believe that the white race is superior to the black race, and to show that they are right, they use the Christian religion and even the sign of the cross on their clothes

my dear friend

if u think Islam is "THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN HUMAN HISTORY" so why don't u travel around the Islamic Country in Asian region such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Turkey and many other... see with your own eyes what they do, speak, lifestyle etc. prove your self that what you believe for..

i had travel around the world, to Islamic country around the globe, from Saudi Arabia in Arab into Indonesia in south East Asia after 9.11 tragedy... to seek the truth about what they said on television, radio, or even government spoke person.

i only said that what i see with my very eyes, and it made me believes that Islam "IS REALLY PEACEFUL RELIGION" especially in Indonesia... this country is the world's fourth most populous country and the most populous Muslim-majority nation (see wikipedia.com then)and they still respect their fellow Christian, Buddhist, Hinduism, Confucius's .. for real comparison 11% of the population is Christian (of which roughly two-thirds are Protestant) and almost all the people from different religion i met there agreed with me when i asked are "Is Islam Peaceful Religion?" they said "YES!!!"

so what in the name of God, why people always said Islam Is the Biggest Threat In All Over The World .. if this big country that resemble USA prove me my old perception wrong about ISLAM....

Believe me my friend THAT YOUR EYES NEVER WRONG TO PROVE THE REALITY ABOUT SOMETHING YOU WANT TO KNOW... AND NOT REALITY YOU SAW FROM TELEVISION.

Actually it is the truth hiding policy of muslim sacerdotal leadership which bothers all of us.
At a website I read first time in the research history, all the entire true and basic answers in this respect which were hided by the Islamic Elders centuries ago and in fact these answers are such realistic that no pseudo-sacerdotal Islamic greedy religious leadership can present or even tolerate them. This research reveals that Islam is entirely different Code of law from that, we been told about for almost a millennium. The only problem is that, this research paper is in URDU language. If one could read it or make it translated, no doubt, in a satisfying manner, he ll get what he needs to and what is nowhere else in the Islamic research world.
