pleasure wise, no difference. but the difference lies with the hygiene part. if it is uncircumcised, there has to be extra effort with keeping it clean. since there tends to be some biuld up under the skin which could smell bad if not cleaned properly. unlike if circumcised, everything is exposed already. therefore easier to clean

of course it does for guys and girls both. I was circumcised in late twenties. I stay longer now . Before it was the height of pleasure now it is length. It is better for women I guess, since I can wait till they are happy.
