The "natural" way.. is by eating healthy foods and exercising EVERYDAY. Make sure you eat 3-6 meals a day.. when trying to lose weight you MUST eat!!! Portion control..you can have the occasional dessert.. as long as it's small. Personally I count calories but that doesn't work for everyone. Don't let one person tell you that the way THEY do it is the correct way. I hope this all helps. Just remember that in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than what you take in. So you can have that occasioal dessert especially if you excersice.
