All pet foods contain a vitamin pre-mix and a mineral pre-mix to be balanced. Meats are good. If they have the word "By-product" after the ingredient, that means it isn't the true meat. For example, chicken by-products can contain feathers, feet, beaks, etc.

Gelling agents depend upon the type of agent being used.

Colours aren't necessary as they only make it look better to us, the dog doesn't care about the color.

Taurine is an amino acid that cats need, but dogs can synthesize it themselves so it doesn't need to be added.

Vegetable oils are okay, there are omega fatty acids that dogs need for their skin and coat.

Fiber is needed for proper digestion, but too much is not good.

Plant extracts? Depends on the plant they are from. Some are beneficial, others are useless.

What is more important are the protein levels, fat levels, fiber levels and if there are any other ingredients listed.

Based on what you've listed, it might be okay, but I'd really need to see the entire label.

This website gives some good information.

To me, if they need to have "By-product", NO (see link below)
Colours - what they hiding?
Gelling agents, taurine, plant extracts,?
Rice is of no nutriconal value to the dog, it's a filler to add bulk and serves no purpose except "crappy fertilizer" for your lawn.

Very good ingredients. Only questionable thing is "colours" (dyes).
