I am upstate visiting my Aunt and I went to Supercuts in Rome, NY. The lady who did my hair was rough and not very well spoken. She was an assistant Manager. I asked to have my reddish brown hair died blonde. I paid $120. When I left my hair was a gorgeous blonde color.
The next morniong I woke up to orange hair. I was so angry i called them that morning. I was told to come back in and they would fix it but they did not. In fact it looks worse. When i looked at myself in the mirror I told her that my hair was still orange and she told me..." you have a red pigment in your hair....and it is not my fault your hair is orange it is just the way your hair is. There is nothing else I can do"
I dont want to go back home with orange hair. I just want to fix it. Is there anyone who can help me?????????

Well, you'll have to bleach it. Do a strand test first as everyone's hair reacts differently to bleach, if it doesn't fall out mix it up put it in and leave it in for 40 minutes. Seeing as your hair probably wasn't pre-dyed it should go white within a few minutes, as soon as it goes white wash it out, make sure your hair is conditioned after the shampooing as this process can really dry out the hair. Then go to a chemist and ask for a shade of blodne that doesn't contain much copper (copper is the reddy-orange tinge in your hair)
Hope this helps, good luck.

Oh FYI if you're after BLONDE hair don't follow these morons advice, dying it a darker color will make it MUCHMUCH harder to get back to a blonde.

Lightening ANY Hair, Especially Hair With Natural Red Tones Is Very Tricky But, I Don't Understand How Your Hair Could Be A "Gorgeous Blonde Color" When You Left The Salon, And Turn "Orange" Overnight? In Any Case, You Should Go Back To The Salon And AT LEAST, Get Your Money Back! If You Want To "Fix-It-Yourself" You May Need To Apply A "High-Lift" Tint to Your Hair To Remove The Remaining "Orange" And "Tone" The Hair. Try CLAIROL® Torrids™(104BV Electric Pearl) Or L'OREAL® PREFERENCE® Mega Blondes "Extra-Toning" (MB7 Cool Beige Blonde)

Ok, if you are willing to, go to a salon instead of supercuts to get your hair done. Mabe JCPenny or Regis(in most malls) etc...
They can dye your hair back to blonde, they may even give you a discount if you tell them your story :p
If you don't want to go and get it done professionally, all I can tell you is that buying a hair color kit from the store is not going to be strong enough to put it back to blonde. Best thing to do is to buy a dark brown color kit and do it yourself. I had my hair turned orange once, I paid the lady almost 200.00 to turn my black hair blonde and it came out orange. I went back, they tried to fix it but it came out a redish/brown/red color. They refused to give me a refund so I called the highest up place I could get in the salon and they gave me a full refund. Since then I dye and cut my own hair. You should tell them you want a refund, this shouldn't have happened at all. And if they refuse, just call up the highest authority of supercuts you can get a hold of. Sorry about your hair!
