For me, it's my navel. It connects me to all those who lived before me - all the way back 3.5 billion years. That's pretty powerful, don't you think? Oops, better clean out the lint.

1 Corinthians 12:14-18 Indeed, the body does not consist of one member but of many. If the foot would say, "Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear would say, "Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body," that would not make it any less a part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole body were hearing, where would the sense of smell be? But as it is, God has arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose.

Ya know what? I've contemplated just about everything EXCEPT my navel. And now it's dawning on me after (you don't wanna know how long) where that expression comes from. THANKS!!! It also reminds me of the belly-button lint collection my ex had and falsely accused me of throwing out. Something tells me your question has a greater depth to it than one might expect. Excuse me while I go contemplate my navel.

To me it is the mind, although there is a lot of spiritual energy generated along the spine, and also in the sexual organs. The whole body riddled with spiritual energy centers. I dunno.

hehehe....

For me, it's the brain. Where would I be without it.

And my inner ears. What would I do if I couldn't listen to beautiful, transcendent music?
