absolutely all records would be at the courthouse in county that the property is sold in. they will in most cases go all the way back to when the land patient was first issued .might also find some of these record on the Internet if they have scanned then to the web ( county clerks office)

Your local courthouse will have the information. Many counties, but not all, have it available online.
